That's a tricky choice about your brand name. Made appeals to me, however, it's a rather generic word. Thinking down the line, it's not something one can easily search for on google, whereas "June Bug" is more unique. And June Bug is perhaps more memorable and will stick in people's minds more than MADE

I say keep it simple (one name) to avoid confusion. I love "MADE" with the Joon Bug look (I think a new name is easier to follow than a new look.). So, I would keep Joon Bug as is but rename it, and give made a face lift to match the current Joon Bug.

I'm torn because the Joon Bug is super cute but in my "used to be a graphic designer a long time ago" non-professional opinion....I'd maybe go with the MADE labels but have your little Joon Bug peeking out behind the MADE word. So that you can show a merger in a way. :0)

I love the joon bug label and think you should keep it for your kids line. Joon bug by made is a great idea, it wouldn't be too wordy if you hade 'by made' in tiny lettering underneath 'joon bug'. Then you could have something more you and grown up for 'made'. Very stylish and classy.
